就在刚刚，广东省发改委公示了省第二批特色小镇培育库名单，观澜文化小镇成功入选！
为突出特色，提升知名度，扩大影响力，急需独具特色的LOGO进行品牌塑造，以展现小镇的城市风貌，树立人文形象，成为小镇闪亮的名片！
Just now, the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission publicized the list of the towns that prepared to be chosen as the second batch of Characteristic-town in Guangdong Province, and Guanlan Cultural Town was successfully selected!
To highlight the features of the town, enhance its reputation and expand its influence in the adjacent areas, the characterized LOGO for the brand is urgently required which must display the urban profile of the town, as well as its humanistic images being manifested. Finally, what has been designed for the brand must be a bright business card for Guanlan Culture Town!

作品提交方式及要求
1、所有提交作品需包含完整中英文名称“观澜文化小镇 Guanlan Culture Town”与logo的基本组合方式，并做到图文并茂、和谐融通，有充足的形象表现力和艺术感染力。
2、所有作品需提交PDF格式电子文件，或精度为300dpi的JPG格式图片文件，白底，提交作品尺寸为 210mmX210mm，连同按要求填写的《参赛承诺函》下载链接：

以电子邮件方式一并寄至组委会官方邮箱：

3、所有作品提交时需在同一封电子邮件中，以文本形式并按以下顺序，列明：应征者姓名、所属机构、所在地区、联系方式(电话、手机号码、电子邮箱)，创意说明。
4、所有提交作品必须为提交者的原创作品，并对其应征作品的版权与著作权承担完整法律责任，评审委员会对涉嫌抄袭的作品有权不予采纳。
Ways for work submission and relevant requirements
1.The work being submitted mustcontain the complete English and Chinese names “观澜文化小镇 Guanlan Culture Town” and the basic combinations of logo being designed. Moreover, the work must be presented with words and pictures, compatible in combination and smooth in meaning conveying,full of image expressive power and artistic appeal.
2. All the works being provided must be in PDF electronic forms or JPG picture form with 300dpi in accuracy, white background, 210mmX210mm in dimension. At the same time,“Letter of Commitmentfor Participants” Link:

which has been filled according to the requirements must be sent to the official email of the organizing committee:

3. All the information of the work or the designers must be sent in one email which shall be listed in text form by the following order: name of the candidate, the affiliated institute, the address, contact information (tel, mobile, email) and the explanation of the creation.
4. All the work being submitted must be originally created by the submitter who bears the complete legal liabilities for the copyright of the work. All the work being suspected for plagiarism will be denied by the the panel of judges.
