日前，荷兰尼塔(NITA)设计集团的长垣乡村振兴项目规划设计从多个方案中脱颖而出。该项目位于河南省长垣县西面的蒲西街道，包含6个行政村。长垣县是我国著名的厨师之乡，通过对厨师文化的发掘和延伸，尼塔(NITA)提出“田 ‘垣’食梦，味满蒲城”的规划愿景。
Nita Design Group's Changchun Rural Revitalization Project Planning and Design Stands Out from Multiple Solutions. Located on the Bossi Street to the west of Changyuan County, Henan Province. The project contains 6 administrative villages. Changyuan County is a famous country of chefs in China, through the exploration and extension of Chef culture, put forward the "road village - agriculture + brand agriculture + brand "planning vision.
贯彻十九大报告中关于”乡村振兴“的决策部署，尼塔(NITA)结合场地特色，通过三大策略（产业带动、重塑基底、活力重生）的运用，希望达到三个规划目标：国际首个厨味主题乡村，中国乡村振兴新典范，河南“老家味道”最浓乡村。
Implementing the decision-making deployment of “Rural Revitalization” in the report of the 19th National Congress of China, NITA combines the characteristics of the site and adopts three major strategies (industry-driven, remodeling, and vitality), and hopes to achieve three planning goals: the first international kitchen theme rural, the new model of rural revitalization, Henan's "home taste" is the most concentrated rural.
以“乡村最美拼图”为规划概念，有机拼接乡村的景观要素，让乡村有文化、有生产、有乡味、有活力、有生态。规划最终形成“一核（乡村轴、历史街区、休闲度假村、五谷长堤）、两环（两个田园蔬果环）、多站（果蔬驿站、油菜花驿站、酌酒驿站、花田驿站、修道驿站）”的圈层结构。
Taking the “the most beautiful puzzle in the rural” as the planning concept, organically splicing the rural landscape elements, the village has culture, production, rural flavor, vitality and ecology. The plan will eventually form “one core (rural axis, historical block, leisure resort, grain long dike), two rings (two pastoral fruit and vegetable rings), multi-station (fruit and vegetable station, cole flower station, discretion wine station, flower field station, monastic station)" circle structure.
